Program Information, Commitment and Tasks

Monarch Ultimate welcomes any player interested in playing the game. From experienced to new to the sport the program has a spot for everyone. All that is needed is a positive attitude and a pair of cleats.

Commitment: We play 3/week in the Fall (Mixed and dev teams) and Spring (Girls and Boys teams) Mon, Tue and Thur. Two of those days are practice and one day is a league game against local high schools. There is a weekend long tournament mid-season and the season concludes with the States weekend tournament. We hope players can commit to this schedule but we are able to work with students that might have some conflicts along the way.

For players to be eligible to play there are a number of tasks to complete each season. All links to forms can be found on the Tasks and Forms page

• New player form (once when signing up for the program)
• USAU membership and signed online waiver (once per calendar year)
• BVSD Club participation form (once per Academic year)
• USAU Medical authorization form (once per Academic year)
• Team dues (once per season)

If your student athlete plays only 1 season, Spring or Fall all above tasks need to be done each year. For student athletes that plays both Spring and Fall, each Fall they need to fill out the BVSD form and the USAU Med release form, and each Spring they need to renew their USAU membership and sign their on line waiver. Team Dues are due each season.
